Our range of Plastazote® is a low-density polyethylene foam range in the zotefoams AZOTE® family, which has set the standard for protection of products in transit, long-term storage and conservation applications for decades due to its lightweight, aesthetic qualities, excellent impact resistance and compatibility with a wide range of processing techniques. Plastazote products continue to meet the most demanding industry regulations, including stringent military standards.
A wide range of polymer combinations is available to give increases stiffness, improved temperature resistance and improved mouldability. Plastazote® foams are engineered to offer superior performance and lighter weight. The absence of any chemical agents in the foam and consistency of cell structure and density allows Zotefoams to offer the world’s lightest crosslinked foams.
